Last Updated: September 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AddiTechLab website and your purchase of products and services from AddiTech Inc. operating under the AddiTechLab brand.
1. Website Use
You may use the AddiTechLab website for lawful personal or business purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws or the rights of AddiTechLab or others.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, dimensions, images, colours, specifications and pricing. Minor layer lines, surface variations, or slight differences between 3D-printed products may occur and are not, by themselves, considered defects.
3. Colours & Product Images
We make reasonable efforts to represent product colours accurately. Screen colours may differ from physical products due to material variations, lighting, photography, printing conditions and screen settings. Customers are encouraged to review our Colour Chart.
4. Product Dimensions & Customer Selection
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, sizes, colours, and relevant specifications before ordering.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at purchase. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, tariffs, duties, or other fees may be added where required. Payment must be completed before an order can be processed except where otherwise agreed for custom projects.
6. Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean production or fulfillment has begun. We may decline or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including payment issues, suspected fraud, availability issues, pricing errors or inability to fulfill requested specifications.
7. Made-to-Order Products
Many products are made after an order is received. Production times vary by product, quantity, colour, customization and current order volume.
8. Custom & Personalized Orders
Products created or modified according to customer-specific requirements may be subject to additional conditions and are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from agreed specifications, subject to applicable law.
9. Custom 3D Printing & Product Design Services
Customers are responsible for accurate project information, specifications, dimensions and files and represent that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use submitted material and request its manufacture.
10. Digital Products
Digital products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable after access or download, except where required by law or where the product is defective or materially different from its description. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of AddiTechLab intellectual property unless expressly stated.
11. Shipping & Delivery
Processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, address errors and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. U.S. & International Orders
International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other cross-border fees. Where an additional U.S. tariff or import-related charge is not collected at checkout, AddiTechLab may contact the customer before production begins.
13. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
14. Cancellations
Cancellation requests are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, AddiTechLab branding, website content, original photographs, graphics, text, original designs and other materials created by or for AddiTechLab are owned by or licensed to AddiTech Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
16. Customer-Submitted Content
Customers retain rights they already hold in submitted content. Customer photographs or testimonials will not be used for promotional purposes beyond what is permitted by the applicable platform or customer authorization.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AddiTech Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, products, or services. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
18. Third-Party Services
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors and shipping providers. Their use may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to products, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to mandatory consumer rights based on the customer’s location.
