Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your AddiTechLab purchase.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, free from damage caused after delivery, returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible, and be a standard product that has not been customized or personalized. Please contact us before returning any product.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged for another size or colour within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility and availability. Customers may be responsible for applicable return and reshipping costs unless the exchange is required because of an AddiTechLab error.
Custom & Personalized Products
Custom-made, personalized, or specially modified products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was agreed upon.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs showing the product and issue, and photographs of the packaging where relevant. An appropriate resolution may include replacement, exchange, or refund.
3D-Printed Product Characteristics
Minor layer lines, slight surface variations, or small differences between individual products may occur due to additive manufacturing. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products and, by themselves, are not considered defects.
Return Shipping
For eligible customer-preference returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for customer-initiated returns, except where the return results from an AddiTechLab error or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Additional processing time may be required by the bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized products, digital products or downloadable files, used or altered products, and products returned outside the applicable return period are generally not eligible for return or exchange, subject to applicable law.
