We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 2 days (48 hours) of purchase, provided production of the order has not already started.
Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Many AddiTechLab products are made to order. If production has already started, we may not be able to cancel the order, even if the request is received within the 48-hour period. Personalized or custom-designed products may have different cancellation conditions depending on the stage of production.
How to Request a Cancellation
Contact us and provide your name, order number, and the email address used for the order.
If Your Cancellation Is Approved
If approved before the order enters production, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary by bank or payment provider.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Review our Returns & Refunds Policy to determine whether the order is eligible for return.
