What file formats do you accept?

We recommend STL and 3MF files for the fastest and most accurate quoting process. We also accept STEP, IGES, OBJ and other common CAD file formats for review.

What if I don’t have a CAD file?

How long does 3D printing take?

Lead times depend on size, complexity, material and quantity. Most projects are completed within 2–7 business days after design approval and payment.

What materials do you currently offer?

We currently print using PLA, a reliable material suitable for prototypes, functional parts and consumer products. Material offerings are expected to expand as the service grows.

Can you print just one part?

Yes. We can support a single prototype as well as small production runs.

Do you offer low-volume production?

Yes. We support low-volume manufacturing for startups, product developers, researchers and businesses without the need for expensive tooling.

Do you ship across Canada and internationally?

Yes. We ship across Canada and can also ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

Will my design remain confidential?

Customer files and project information are treated as confidential and used for the project. If additional confidentiality is required, an NDA can be discussed.
